I didn't get the number but spoke with the owner. It's running a 2 inch lift kit. Looks really good in the flesh. I would have it.

Getting 4 CBs to the Perth Show is far better than the one they had at Nationals over here in Sydney this years.

I think I know 3 of the owners of those WA vehciles.

The one that came over from Tasmania is a great example.

The rust effect CB is KO306 I think.
The vehicle was originally green

John,
You had mentioned to me before about the rust look and my comments then still apply now. Its your vehicle so do with it what you want. If what one does limits its value or resale then so be it just as making a profit does.
I want to see more and more CBs back on the road and am fully supportive of rat lookers as well. If there is a really good resto then I can appreciate that as well. I think the ex Tasmanian vehicle at the recent Perth Show was a great example of a resto although from what I recall of seeing it 6 or 7 years ago it was not a resto back to an original vehicle.
Personally I love originality of the vehicles so my desire is to get the best original vehicle out there into my garage hence my desire to keep my existing KO0114 until ( if) I can find a better original one.
Aren't we lucky that we are not all the same and have the same ideas or what a colourless and boring world it would be.

I would like to see a Country Buggy in rat look paint effect. I would also like to see a stoking hot 120hp engine in the back, and some real ratty looking 17 inch alloy wheels. Seats covered in hessian, and totally legal so it would look as bad as possible, but go as nice as possible. If I was playing this way myself, I would set a $25,000 budget to make it as good as possible, with RWC and rego.

thanks for replies, the cb may be running a 100 hp just for the fun of it! i definately don't build the cb to make money, just to enjoy something different and have fun in the exercise. Merry Christmas to everyone in CB land. Cheers John.
