Looking for new steering box for a 1971 1302s Beetle, im from Ireland, its right hand drive, any help on this would be appriciated

Yep still in Ireland, but the problem is you cant get new boxes for my vehicle, as not many of them made for the Irish market, mainly for the us market, so near impossible to find one.

Welcome clio1. I have been down that path and searched for years. I finally found one and it was with George. Not sure if he still has any or not but it is worth a try. Otherwise you may need to find a good 2nd hand one.

Ireland may be a long way from here but I have bought lots of stuff from the UK and had it shipped here and it doesn't take too long so I see no problem doing it the other way around.
