YouTube video of a beetle convertible makeover

Not sure if this has been on here before, but I hadn't seen it.

As title says it's a make over of Beetle Karman and has some old photos and footage of the 60's.

Enjoy, Kev.

I thought rebuilding a VW would be cheap - Shit I was wrong, just don't let the wife know !!!!

Hi Kev

excellent show...

was a TV SHOW

but I hadn't seen that one...

The 1303S cabriolet that she was driving was very rare in the UK as less than 2000 1303 sedans were sold in the UK...
can't remember how many... maybe 1500...
so a Karmann 1303 would be ultra rare..
was a very nice looker with the leather dash etc...

He didn't notice that huge cross member that goes across under the seat...??

LEE
