Looking for Suggestions...
Hi guys,
I'm pretty keen to get a Bug sometime later on in the year.. I'd like to get one from around the 59-67 years. I just had a couple of questions that
you kind, kind people might be able to help me with pretty please? =D
1) I'm a rather tall individual- about 185cm so around 6'3 in the old measurements.. Are there any space problems when it comes to leg/head room
that you guys have?
2) What sort of prices do you guys think I'd be looking at for a bug in OK condition with a RWC? I'm more concerned about body condition and some
mechanical reliability than paintwork and
Thanks for your help fella's
Cheers, Rhys |

I am 6'4 and only problem I have is swinging in my big work boots. Knees rubbing on steering wheel too getting in and out but nothing major. Good
body is the first priority everything else can be repaired relatively cheaply and parts are readily available. Good Hunting. My2c

What's your budget?
Do you like driving with your knees around your ears. I highly suggest you test drive a beetle to make sure it's what you want

I'm 6'3" no dramas.
Unless your a skilled welder / body man, try to find the best body you can. I seem to do well pickiing up cars out out west, little rust and less
chance of collision damage. Unfinished projects can also be a good opportunity.
They always say "Buy the best car you can find and youll save in the long run" say $5K
