VSCC

Gday all,
Just wondering if anyone has their vehicle certified safe by the new RTA VSCC system.
It has been running since September 2011,from what I read the vehicle standards havent changed,just the signitory list has been lessened.
Any comments on this new system and experiences are appriciated.
