Almost bought one but $35 for shipping is a bit rich, looked at ebay for the beetle they are selling for almost $500

When buying direct, best bet is to put in a group order and then shipping comes way down.
I got the Beetle for $180 about 2 years ago. LEGOs one of those things that increase in value over the years, because they only sell the sets for
12-24 months and then they stop making them.
