Sorry guys im in Newcastle,im after all the bits to do a straight axle conversion on my splitty.
So axles and tubes and the brake hub etc,hopefully wide 5 pattern.

wouldn,t you be better off doing a irs rather then swing axle rear end swap.

Ive got a fully recoed bug box just out of an early model 1300,so thought it would be cheaper to go that way.
But i have all the irs bits out of a bay if someone wants to swap the gearbox for L Bug one.

shaun Ive got a dc type 3 irs box here which is similar ratios if u get the shits with doing the straight axle , :) I've driven both conversions in busses and not a real noticable difference , and my panel is straight axle daily driven
