B is for Beetle. Spelling time for kids

My son had the teacher asking what words they could come up with starting with B. My son said "B is for Beetle".

The teacher started drawing a garden beetle with legs. My son promptly corrected him that a Beetle has 4 wheels, and he should not be drawing one with legs. "B is for Beetle car, not beetle insect"

Not bad for a 5 year old.

Good to see that your lad is giving the teacher a proper education.

I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

It was when the letter D was being discussed, and words like dog, dinosaur, door were being thrown around, and my son said "D is for dodecagon"

The teacher was stumped. All he needed was a 50 cent piece.
