finally got around to getting the valance done, taking back the bog revealed more surprises, so a bit more welding. i dont understand why someone would go to all the trouble to repair a panel then fill the rust holes with bog. not that hard to put a plate in..
oh well.
bare metal
http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g54/dionjmyers/IMG_0925.jpg
red oxide
http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g54/dionjmyers/IMG_0928.jpg

so finally all the major metal work is done. but its that time when i have to go back to work, so the toys go away again.

bit tight on space now, so only one thing to do...

Hey Dion, looking good. Your engine bay almost looks as full as mine. Haven't been on for a while. Been real busy. I will update mine with some pics of what I doing with mine soon.

Oh my! That looks so sweet!
What are you doing with the sections you've repaired? Leaving it red oxide, or are you going to try and blend it?

Prob leave red oxide for now. Was thinkin of blending, but would prob look a bit odd, it already looks odd with the one rear quarter with paint on it, the joys of a cover that worked. Once. Haha

How did you go getting that metallic orange paint you were asking me about? I also spoke with the guys in the states for you... They said your custom flame design rims can't be made in 24" only 22" do you still want them? This rusty wreck will be gleaming then!
