vw tool


hi there guys looking for some help l need to rebuild my 1.9 water cooled motor l am in the process of pull it down and l am at the stage where we need to pull the gudgeon pin out and the manual says i need vw tool 3091 do you know where i can beg borough or buy one or is there another way to remove them any help would be greatly appreciated

I use a slide hammer with a flange nut which just fits inside the circlip when it is in position,remove the outer circlip,slide the shaft into the gudgeon,fit the nut to the inner side and pull the gudgeon pin out.
