I think i got most of them ....

Dog of a job. Thought it looked interesting. not far from filling the bonnet with fibre-fill, will unbolt and do the edges next. 4 feral guards and a nose cone to go!

Haha, the dremel worked great when it worked. i used a cheap generic dremel from Mitre 10, ROK brand. Absolute rubbish. on the second one now, the first died within an hr of use as the chuck failed. it wouldn't hold in the bit i was using, and when i tighted the chuck, i couldn't get tension on it as the body halves of the dremel would flex open and the shaft lock on it would just let go.

The second one has to be returned as well after a couple hours. its still working, but the flexi-attachment that makes it like a dentists drill broke the cable inside (like a speedo cable). Pathetic. Cheap crap and its still doing the job, but will get my money back when i'm finished lol. Its meant to have a 2 year warranty.

I'm using rotary file bits i bought off ebay. Its a carbide rotary file. The bits that came with the dremel kit are your typical stone grinding wheels and stuff, and i haven't given them a go. Even though i'm not using the bits it came with, for the light work like filing through gel coat it shouldn't have a spat like its been doing.
