Carbi upgrade on the 54


Got sick of the 40 dcnf 12 weber couldnt tune it due to its installation method so I thought an upgrade was in order to EMPI 44's man what a difference and now its a pleasure to drive tune and it gos hard.

well I hope the EMPI's aren't like the build quality of most of there stuff.

Twins will work much better than anything greater than a single barrel on the std manifold. Glad you like the extra zip :)

have you had to do much to the jetting? I have just installed the 34's and have some wicked flat spots everywhere and a rich idle. I want to rejet and heard that weber jets slot in. I know the jet sizes I want to try just not where to buy them from.

Are you perchance using a 009 dizzy? If so bin it for an SVDA and that'll cure the flatspots :)
