WTB fuel line grommet

Can anyone tell me where I can source this part from. It's a fuel line grommet that goes into the transmission tunnel. I've searched loads of catalogs but no one seems to have them. FYI this is from a 76 beetle.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers cam

Why don't you try Supercheap or Repco ect. they sell generic rubber grommets with or without holes of different sizes.
They are normally with the assorted nut and bolt packs.

I bought a few from CIP1 recently but they look a bit different to that one. These were round, while yours looks more oval shaped.
The US is a long way to source a coupla bits of rubber. The shipping will be a killer.
pPlenty of options, surely.
How 'bout an inch of 5/16 fuel hose split lengthways and held in with a cable tie?

Hi

Its oval shaped too fit a hole that was designed to accommodate 2 EFI hoses. The same bung was used on the chassis forks as well. I might have a 2nd hand one laying around. Or as lucky Phil said above with some non acid silicone to seal it up.

Hi Phil,

Yes mine is definitely oval in shape and I've checked the CIP catalog and just returned from the US with another bag full of parts from them and others!

Steve, if you have an old one lying around that cpould really help me out. And although mine is only for a single hose your explanation makes sense. And FYI I will be modifying the grommet for 2 fuel lines for EFI. Cheers
