TURBO INJECTED 2.4 LTR
I have an engine here I purchased on one of my US visits that was installed in a sand car . I have driven the sand car and it was fast and very
reliable . This engine made 322HP on 9 lb's of boost . This engine has only 9 hrs on it since it was freshened . I don't know of the enternals ,
however this is the info I can confirm ;
Scat 3 piece wet sump case
Autocraft pro-series heads
T 3 turbocharger
CB performance complete dual 48mm throttle body fuel injection kit with computer
Dry sump oil tank with all braided stainless lines and AN fittings
Autocraft 2 stage dry sump pump
Ceramic coated exhaust system
Kennedy clutch set-up
Electronic ignition system
Centre mount aluminium shroud/alternator set-up
I would like to get around the $ 9500 mark for this engine . I would say this engine would be capable of producing well over 500HP if required . The
pic of the engine was taken when I drove the car in California and we unbolted the engine when still hot in June 2010 . This is located in Wollongong
NSW and can be shipped Aust. wide if necessary , ROD , 02-42729920 .
