I use Just Kampers and have had nothing but good service from them. I have used other suppliers online but a certain company that made their name from their good website fell woefully short when it came to service, Just kampers just seem so much more professional.;)

yep, they have restored my faith in the ability of an Aussie business to provide a proper online buying experience. (even if they are essentially a UK business.. ;) )

Those of you who are 'just down the road' from the main suppliers really cant appreciate how dependent the rest of Australia is on good remote service, with reasonable pricing across the range, and quality european made items as the standard.

Just got a refund from JER-FAB USA. Advertises on SAMBA then cannot supply a product or even a shipment date? Wasted 3 weeks of my life for no result. Why bother even advertising if you cannot supply the product. Just makes for pissed off and frustrated customers and a bad reputation. My2c

Hi

I just got some parts in from CSP, I tried to buy them locally but nobody had them.

CSP sent it on the 23/04/12. It took until 04/05/12 to arrive in Australia and it was delivered to me on the 08/05/12.

Very slow, not CSPs fault.

I just bought a couple of VW items that are difficult to find or were unable to find before, until someone on here PM'ed Me
to Just Kampers website and the items..

Good website too..

ordered and received within 3 days...

Now that is good service... actually can't get better than that

I get some non VW stuff from the UK and it does take a bit over a week.. which is OK...

especially when You look on ebay at the times of delivery from certain countries...

We have a VERY good Postal Service here in Australia

much better than ; We don't send to Italy etc...

I wonder what the Italians did to everyone.. lol

You've got to be joking Lee. Our postal service is slow and expensive. I'm living in Pomlandia at the minute and you can send anything anywhere in the UK, guaranteed next day delivery for a few quid. That's service.
