WTD: Door hinge piece


I need that piece that the upper door hinge screws into that floats in the door pillar. (both left and right side)

I've had to drill my upper hinge screws out & stuffed up the thread so might be easier to replace it rather that re-tapping the hole which is a bit bigger now.

yes, finding short countersunk screws like those may be difficult to find...
