Hi, I'm another Aircooled VW nut.
I don't other types of car since my first car a bug doesn´t bug me so now I have 4 and a Kombi.
Currently residing in Lisbon. Came across this forum when looking for wiper switch info and then found what I acttually wanted for a long time.

So it's one of those hybrid South African 1600S bugs with the curved windscreen and dash but early everything else?
I've always been fascinated by them.
