T3 Drivers door for sale
Hi
I have a drivers door for sale from my T3 Transporter van. The bottom front edge of the door was damaged when I bought it but the door operated ok
with just a little drop/sag. The bottom front hinge is not fully attached to the door itself due to the damage and is causing the drop.
An unsuccessful attempt at repair using filler has been made by the previous owner. It doesn't look very pretty but is mostly just cracked 'bog'
and a light surface rust.
The door is in good condition and perfectly straight except for the hinge and some damage to the skin and door edge around the hinge area - please see
photos. I bought a 2nd hand door to replace this one because I thought it would be an easier and cheaper repair, but, the door I bought was more work
and cost than mine would have been to repair and it looked perfect!!
The door has been stripped and comes with no other parts / attachments and should be straight-forward to repair.
I have more photos and the door is available to view pre-purchase if requested. I would like to sell it as it's just cluttering up my garage!
