Steering dampers were only added in 1960

yes yes i know,
I have a narrowed beam, and got rid of my original tie rods and narrowed a later set so i would have the hole for the steering damper,
and i painted the beam without thinking of welding on a bracket, so im looking for a bolt on unit before i go screw up my paint by welding on it.
