I have a spare 1600tp that came with a project. I have never had this engine running and appears to have been home to a few wasps nests but it turns
over by hand freely. It doesnt have a carby or exhaust but is otherwise complete. When I bought the car the previous owner advised that it was a
runner, but I have never tried to get it going
