Sold QLD, EJ25 Quad cam for sale.
Hi,
Due to doing up a super beetle instead of the fast back i am selling my EJ25 quad cam engine. It's just too wide to fit in with out cutting the
inner guards out so i have gone with an ej22 instead. Its out of a 96 liberty heritage auto, and is complete from air box to sump. Comes with all
sensors, air flow meter. intake pipes and a complete harness and ecu ready for trimming back for VW use. I have known this car for the last couple of
years and it has had the head gaskets and cam belts done within the last 18 months. There is no adaptor kit with the motor but there are several
options for them now.
$1200 ono
engine located Logan City.
please PM me or phone 0406303361 for more info.
Mike.

Plenty of guys running them and lots of info around on them too, if your ok with wiring diagrams the loom is not so bad to strip down for VW use. Bays
have big engine bays so the only mod might be a throttle inverter to clear the fuel tank cover panel. Radiator plumbing is ok, most people seem to
mount the rad under the car with fans and ducting to let the air through. Have a look through thye conversion forum on here for lots of ideas. Mike.
