wtd 69mm counterweight crank

Hi,
I am looking for a 69mm counterweight crank for 1600 tp for my trike.
intention is build a solid ballanced supercharged 1600 tp that can comfortably rev to 6500 rpm.
I am also looking for an sc12 charger if anyone has one stashed away in the shed.
