T4 coolant

Hi all. am new to aussieveedubbers.
Have read that G12++ coolant is best for T4s.
I have a 2.4 diesel syncro.
At the car parts shop. None of the coolants, on the shelf, show the letters G12++ . where do I buy G12++ ?
Also has anyone out there done their own radiator flush. was it difficult. I have the Brooklands manual.

cheers ........
