I think Quicktime plays .mp4 files - you might need to update that.

Or you could download VLC Media Player - It's free and plays everything.

Hi Mat,

If you have a windows computer, try looking in the My Documents folder, the Downloads folder, or the C: drive.

Or you can try a trick I do, jump on the net and try and save another file and see where the computer wants to put it. Usually it will shove all your downloaded files into the one spot.

I haven't downloaded this video so I'm not sure if it wants to put itself in a certain folder, which is rare but does sometimes happen.

Another thing you can do is hit the start button, and depending on the version of windows you have, there will be a find files or folders option. Put .mp4 in the search box and see if it can find it that way.

If you have a Mac, sorry - but that's black magic in norwegian to me. I know that there are MAc people on here who could help though.

Good luck.

Sorry Matt, first time I've checked since I posted. VLC is one of the best all-round players for file types. Tuffnut is right. VLC is a free download and the info where you can get it free is below:

---------------------------------------------------------------
MY COMPUTER/TV/XBOX WON’T PLAY IT?

You may have an outdated or incompatible version of a media player. We recommend downloading the free media player, VLC. It plays 99.9% of all formats available. It can be downloaded using this link:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html  (the manufacturers website)
http://download.cnet.com/VLC-Media-Player/3000-13632_4-10267151.html  (via Download.com CNET)

Brian,

I have tried to play it on both of my computers with no luck. I then re-downloaded & installed VLC on my desktop computer and it wouldn't play, so I installed VLC onto my laptop (that didn't have VLC), and it still won't play.

It opens VLC and looks like it wants to play for a few seconds, then stops. At this stage it hasn't opened any pictures or anything.

Any ideason what else I can try?

Do I need to re-download the Warwick file?

Not downloaded anything extra as I'm sure it's here. What is the actual name of the file? I search for Warwick and only my own stuff is found

Matt,

Mine has saved as Warwick2012 - I chose a location, but didn't change the suggested file name.
