Yes
59 model is the same as a 65 beetle.. up to 1967
they got larger again in 1968..
old windscreens are usually the heat treated safety glass that was mandatory for early cars [as no seat belts meant going thru the windscreen in a bigsmash]
{ I went thru a 63 holden windscreen about 1968]
they just completely shatter and if You are going fast or the rock was big, the shattered glass goes all over YOU..
and they cut everything they hit too... lol
just about every service station carried spare windscreens back in the 50s and 60s.. until laminated ones were available..
I took My original windscreen out and replaced it with a new laminated one..
Not sure where You are...
I bought it from Koala glass at Sandgate NSW
a few years ago now...
You will probably have to order it in wherever You buy it from
cheers

Good Price
Mine cost about $100 in 2005 [for 68 beetle] NOT FITTED
so that IS excellent...
where are You located? or these windscreens at?
safety glass windscreens are illegal in NSW unless that is all that is available.. but seeing these are flat glass...
I've never been able to work out whether the safety glass windscreens where in fact harder glass than the laminated glass as they chip or crack very
easily...
[but they don't disintergrate in front of Your eyes] lol

unless someone has something closer(poor student
