Removing and Transporting Car Shell.
Hey guys a was just wondering iam thinking of buying this shell, the guy said he wants to keep the motor and chassis not sure iif he is going to take
it off but its about 50km's away so ill have to trailer it... what is a good way to move these?(ill have to hire have 4wd with tow bar tho! Will i
just need an extra large trailer and a few people maybe to pick it up ? how much does a shell weigh?

Nah.. small trailer with a couple of 3'' x 2" across. Two can lift it, one if your desperate.

I just made a frame that I could screw bolts through in to the heater channels to hold it secure. The corner uprights of the frame then sat in the
corners of the trailer to hold it steady.

Cheers guys, dont know if i can handle making something like that but a have a trailer that size and will just use some 3x2s to lay it on and strap it
down!!! Should be right lifting it...can deadlift 250kegs haha might bring a friend just incase!
