That's a couple or radiators (oil & water), 2 x thermos fans to suit, Bosch electric water pump and a water to air inter-cooler.

Now all I can think is, when are the next boxes arriving :lol::lol::lol:

Hi Cam, you don't need to remind me how expensive these cars are  This mod will probably cost me more than a neat standard 60's Beetle and that's with me fitting everything :crazy::crazy: Not including the tune :fakesniff:

Lee, she just says "Another package. How much did you spend this time". Tell them nothing :lol::lol:

20b (Aaron) - You have great eyes being able to read the suppliers details off the box :lol::lol: Yes, Frozen Boost  You've obviously visited their site at least.

Hey Kev,
Looks like a big dent in the wallet.
Where is the pulley with the timing ring from? I was going to use a ford bf one but that looks like it might work.

Sure is a big dent Heath :sniffle: But you get what you pay for and I think these products are of great quality

Open up the following link and click on 'Full illustrated etc' for complete photos - http://www.vwspeedshop.com/product.php?productid=16774&cat=507&page=1

Very happy with their communication and speed at which items arrived from Great Britain.

You will see the exhaust and throttle bodies also on their site.

Cheers, Kev

Paul - The water cooling is for cooling the intercooler. Ring me if you want a further explanation

Ampdub - More kids, no thanks although I like your way of thinking ;)

rickp - Actually with regards to the turbo, I have been told it will be to large for the car and am thinking about down sizing. I know there may be a little lag, but if I have higher compression ratio / less boost it may be all good.

HappyDaze - In relation to all the parts arriving, if you were look back at one of my first post in 2008 I have said the end goal was to have turbo and fuel injected, so this has actually been a long time coming. It was only the money stopping it and delaying my plans by 4-5 years :fakesniff::lol::fakesniff::lol::fakesniff:

Thanks kev,
Regarding your turbo size, have you looked at compressor maps and had your heads flowed?
My 2165 sat perfect in the zone for my garret 2871r. I took the .86 rear housing knowing my motor will have torque to push it but have the option of a smaller rear if it doesn't spool fast enough. Worth looking into. A lot of people go mines a 2 litre and these are good on sr20s so it must be fine on mine. It is a rough guide but when your sending coin like we are, I think it's best to check it right out. Most maps are available on net.

Another thing quick is that I need to go up a size to -14 for all my water hoses and my radiator was far too small to keep my temps down for longer than 2 minutes.
The radiator needs to be roughy 3 times the core size of the intercoolers. Not sure how big the pwr coolers are but that leads to a big as rad in nose of mine. you have got to make sure the water runs through quick but not too fast to not absorb enough heat on its way through.

If you have any questions let me know. H

Turbo54 - My exhaust housing is .68 if that helps.

vlad01 - yes, Frozen Boost http://www.frozenboost.com/index.php?osCsid=17b4c83bfa91ee5cf0e9a828fc62183e

Topaz - Yes, I have been a very good boy :yes::yes: Or at least my wife wishes I was. I might be collecting some awesome bits, but whether I get it all together and running is another story :fakesniff::fakesniff::fakesniff:
