V8 KOMBI IN MOTORVATION 2007
Just got a letter in the mail letting me know my car has been accepted in motorvation 21 !
for all you people who are not from W.A. motorvation is the summernats of the west, A full weekend with over 800 cars in it & apparently over 1400
entries sent in for this show coming
There is nonstop burnouts, drags, dyno comps, slalom, spear a spud etc...
im assuming im the only VW (based) vehicle there, as the last 3 years there have been none, but i might be proven wrong...
should be funny as hell to see a kombi on the dyno, im expecting a few laughs hehe
better start practicing the burnouts!!!
76 baywindow kombi - V8 & Weddle racing diff and gearbox

with the sliding door open you should be able to get about 5 spud spearers onboard...you should do well!
I remember summernats 3 i think it was some bug from one of the sydney vw houses (...cbb?) was going to show the v8's how a burnout was done. anyway.
something broke and the poor bug was laughed off the burnout pad! A sad day indeed.

I'd suggest putting together a special gearbox for the burnout, and some sort of waterspray for your radiator too. Burnouts are very very harsh on
cars.
