What Do I Have?
Well I'm glad you asked.
This is a Volkswagen VW air cooled Engine Trolley
This handy item is used to move air-cooled engines around when removed from the vehicle. Suits 1200cc – 1600 cc engines.
This unit features 3 heavy duty swivel caster wheels to allow for easy movement in all directions with a light push of the hand.
This unit can be used with or without one of our engine lift cradles tools, if used with a engine cradle tool you simply lower the engine cradle with
the engine on it into the trolley, undo the cradle / jack bolt and lower and withdraw the jack. If used without an engine cradle it is just a case of
removing the 2 bottom lower cooling covers before setting the engine into the trolley.
Or you could just block the sump up with some wood, that works too !
Trolley will come with the castor wheels unassembled to main frame (all bolts supplied)
Just makes it easier and cheaper to post out!
Will come in a package that is
55cm long
