[FS - QLD] 71 Super Beetle - Project - SOLD

71 Beetle comes with:
All interior (minus carpets)
External Chrome
1600tp - running when removed from 72 bug.
Very straight car but needs some minor work on rust in standard areas and a new front apron... or fix it or leave it ratty!.
Reluctant sale as I dont have the time for it at present and need the room for business purposes.

Price: SOLD
Location: Clayfield, Q 4011
Contact: Kyle 0405417675 or PM

ps. parts of car have been taken off for restoration - guards/bumpers/lights/engine lid but all parts are there as in pics

To get it driveable again you would need time to put a few parts back on.. guards, running boards, deck lid and put the engine in and connect the electricals up.... brakes, gearbox and shifter all seem fine and as it was registered in March last yr and driving I assume all fine... I purchased this car without engine then brought another car for the engine..... its all there. First to see will buy.

I'd be keen but the cost of towing being what it is I would be up for too much to get it to Morayfield. They want the best part of $150 to $200 for a couple of suburbs these days. Otherwise I'd be all over it.

yeah it can be an expensive exercise getting a vehicle towed if only for a few suburbs, but I am sure the total purchase including delivery would be in favour of anyone looking at buying this project..... in my opinion

Christ there are some misers in the VW world... If I bought this my other half would have me shot, but I wish I could because it seems like such a good buy. If a couple of hundred on a tow truck is a big deal then a restoration probably isn't the best avenue to be heading down to start with in my opinion. Hell, I'd push the damn thing home if I had to!

But hey, free bump for what looks like a damn good buy! :) someone buy it and complete it already!
