I've been watching the progress on this project on TSTF

It's an awesome piece of engineering and fab work!

Different has potential. The pivoting of the top and bottom A-arms on the ball joints could be a bit harsh. What do you think Alex? JVLRacing

Er... a bit low tech? Sorry to be a wet blanket but the 1966 Nissan chassis in my backyard is far more sophisticated then that, with anti-dive geometry etc

Yeah I like those to... I have thought a GL Fasty with an EJ20T engine and double wishbone front end would be a lot of fun :)

I'd like to know what you mean by low tech VWCOOL? Wishbone suspension is nothing new, but it is known to handle very well.

How does your nissan chassis differ with it's anti dive properties?

Cheers
Jeremy

No car made in the last 50 years that I can tbink of has 'parrallel geomtery' geometry like that... they all have upper and lowr wishbones that are set up to be 'semi=trailling' and with front and rear pivot points at different heights to the road.

Still looks good but!
