I've never seen 5 belts fitted to a bug, but I don't think it is possible to get belts in the middle at the back...

I have seen others with retractable front seats, that you can even get in the vintage style buckles

with the help of a fabricator mate we were hoping to fit the retractable belts - may require a dummy bar above and behind the back seat for the middle belt ??

thanks for the link

I have fitted a set of Klippan to the front. Any auto part shop can get them. I think around $95 each.

Cheers

Thought i would just pop in and say on the 68's the seatbelts wernt fitted to the back from stock. (especially in the german 68's like the semi-autos) So legally you are not required to have belts in the back.

If you get a chance drop past any panel beater that does older cars or Japanese imports. They will do loads of retractables to Aust std's and should be able to give you a few tips.
