House reno's and the lack of a suitable place to work on and store my oval for the next while has given me a dose of reality. I have decided to offer her up again to test the waters and see if anyone here is interested. Some would know the car from its time in QLD. She's a 55 with 54 features such as click-clack locks, bevel edge doors, no cut-out beaver panel, heart tail lights, batwing steering wheel etc. It's a very solid car with good heater channels and a-pillars. The battery tray has been replaced, the beaver panel has been damaged from the fitting of a twin pipe muffler, and the bonnet is cracked where they usually go but that's it. During my short ownership, I've collected over $5,500 in receipts (all in the last 12 months) getting her back up to a useable, reliable standard. She now drives well, starts easy and could go anywhere although the split case is noisy. Passed a RWC only a month ago and has full reg till dec 13. Check my thread in members rides for more info and pics (pg.2).
Cheers, John.
