I've used them a lot and never had any dramas. I'm always the sender though, never had anything freighted to me with them. Always insist people pay for additional insurance or sign a waiver if they don't want to spend $5 on insurance. When you can send a 15kg parcel to the depot in Sydney for $6.60 why would you post anything heavy?
