Pop outs on square back rubbers? ..?

Starting to assemble my daughters car. Hood lining in and now to the side windows, I bought some pop outs but think I'm missing a rubber seal for around the opening. I've looked online and can't find much info. Any ideas?

Extremely hard to fit time consuming
