Porshe Boxster Wheels

I can get a set of 16" twin 5 spoke wheels at the right price.
I want a set of wheels for my 54 oval project (IRS Balljoint) . The wheels are
Front: 205/55-16
6 inch wide rim with ET50 (50mm offset)

Rear: 225/50-16
7 Inch wide rime with ET40 (40mm offset)
Does anyone have these or know where I can find a photo or two of a beetle using them?

rear

BTW Mitch
'
These wheels fit perfect.
Well that did on my super. Dodnt need spacers or anything. Had to du the usual clearance on the rear. (ie turn one spring plate bolt around and chop a bit of the bump stop cup thing off)

The ONLY proplem is the front whells you had to dome the cap a bit. You can see this on the front wheel. You also have to drill a hole in the centre of the front passenger for the speedo cable.
Although Euro look these i reckon would look cool on an oval as well.
I REALLY liked these wheels

Do you have centre caps?? If not I have my old set :cry

Yes Barry I mean exactly like that! Thanks they look cool,
I knew I had seen them somewhere!
I can get a set asking $600 without caps or nuts. Although I have been contemnplating 17 " these seems the deal. And as they are probably bolt on I might givem a go.
Thanks Mitchell
P.S. anything on the boil ? looking at the pics you posted sure should stir some emotion ? Or are you sitting pretty with the bus still?
M
PPS if i get them i will call you re the caps . Thanks Mate.

Mate - for those $$$ grab em! I like em just as much as 17"'s and a heap cheaper to rubber up.

Sadly seen LOTS of things.
That one for sale up the central coast by 2g's mate - i REALLY have to sit on my hands. That was a BRILLANT starting point.

I am 1/2 way through a major extension to the house. 3 bedrooms, rumpus and bathroom upstairs.
TOO many $$$ flying round.
Trouble is i am also finding the bus WAY too handy. Really liking it.
Think i will spend a few $$$ on it - maybe lower it, fix a bit of rust and the auto needs an overhaul.
I actually like the fact everyone tell me "its not a REAL kombi"
I just smile and think "dickhead"

BUT - when the house is finished, and everyone is happy and thinks i have got over my childish ways.

I reckon a 1302 german looker with a set of IDF's on a hot 1600 or a bog standard oval.
Rich still hasnt sold that 54!
