I took a job in an organisation I have belong to for years...a way of travel I believe in.....CEO has hired managers who protect her and themselves, to satisfy their own needs.....Total mismanagement...
Sent an email....the response......my hours have been halved again!!! Plus some others who created my need to email got their arses kicked....but understand...all tired of the treatment........Trouble is I'll get louder and I have nothing to loose!!!! ...cept maybe a good reference...nah...I have people who will speak on my behalf....sweet...
I would have left so long ago but I can't let these people destroy what was a good organisation......They have no connection at all to the type of people who come to us...and are loosing them....All they do is cover each other and bully.....
