Did anyone catch the extreme motor sport "filler" program on Sunday night? I think it was on the ABC.

Showed a few wierdo motorsports.

They had a climb. Not a hillclimb as we know it but a straight up an increasing incline. Start flat, then a progression from 15 degrees to 75 degrees. Needless to say none were shown getting very far up the incline... A few got to about 2/3 before tipping. Best performers (arghhh) were front wheel drives!

i have seen a similar thing on heavily modified motor bikes up a mountain.
some people are like slinky's
they have no useful purpose
but they are fun to watch
when you push them down the stairs

Yeah they were doing bikes on it too. I think it was a ski run in summer by the look of it... a long stretch cleared of trees up a mountain. Even the bikes didn't make it to the 75 degree incline....

I have seen that kind of hillclimb on foxtel. You should see some of the custom bikes that the compeditors build, plenty of twin engined Yamahas and Suzukis, they are impressive...... thats untill you hear the sound of twin 100cu.in. harley motors with open exhausts!!! you should have seen the skid that thing layed!!! :thumb
