have been waiting and waiting....so patiently and hopeful...for my bank balance to rise just enough that i can justify a trip to melbourne see my best girlfriend erin and get all glammed up for our first melbourne cup day ever.......
have hardly seen my mate since she moved down south 2 yrs ago........
and last year she had a bit of a tough wrestle with cancer so anytime that i have spent with her has been under the shadow of radiation therapy and recovery.
now its the year anniversy of her first operation and we had been planning to glitter ourselves up, buy a wacky hat, some unstable high-heels (for dramatic effect) and get really pissed on cup day........BUT I HAVE AN EXAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????????? ripped off! cant believe it can be a PUBLIC HOLIDAY in melbourne, for the race that stops a nation, and MY STUPID UNI SCHEDULES AN EXAM....and thats not all, the exam's at 1.30Pm ------ IT'S UN_AUSTRALIAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is my whinge. feel better now its of my chest, but i expect to still be carping on about it well into exam-block and sympathy would be apprieated thanks, thor:cussing
