It was my 2 year olds birthday on Saturday and someone gave him a Richard Scarry book called "Cars and Trucks and things that go". So I sit down with the boys on Saturday night to read it to them and was very excited to find that every page has a VW of some description drawn on it. The pig family are taking a trip in a vert and along the way they pass heaps of beetles, some buggies, a baja with stinger exhaust, a kombi, a shortened splitty, a dual cab (with a radiator), a thing and even a schwimmerwagen. The book was written in 1974 but is still in print. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to indoctinate their kids.
