Supercharged engine, Toyota Supra front seats, custom built dash, serious sound system, VT Commodore Side Skirts, Exhaust System, fully engineneered, with certificates and papers, 17inch Chrome Rims, Lowered 6inch, very well known in the VeeDub world as FATSO, one in a million very rare Kombi.

Was chasing information on Fatso about 4 weeks or so back and earlier but no one responded to my inquiries - don't check loose sale ::puke - scheitt happens.
bought one in the meatime - so sad too bad ::cry

I ended up buying Peter Keegan's 2004 National Champ Kombi and 2003 Valla Car of Show.

wh odoesnt want ot frive around in a car where people look twice and say 'woah thats the fatso kombi! man thats a sweet ride!'
the supercharger kicks the power up phenominally too!

kombi with a 1600 type 1 motor. Would it have enough torque? I would have thought it would be under alot of stress.?

why dont chicks did bugs? dam ricers have no class 🙂

the supercarger more than takes care of any thought about lack of power. trust me ive been riding in it runs beautifully! whilst i was riding in it driver never had any trouble getting up razorback ranges (steep hills outside of sydney). and theres no extra stress. any questions regarding the engine, speak to the creator (but no longer owner) Greedy Steve.

cheers mate. I just would have thought that a good 2 litre type 4 with a dual carb and exhaust would be a safer option. I'll contact greedy. Any more opinions?

i think this car had a bbq set up under the back seat , im not sure if it did or not because i never actully seen under the back seat just heard from somewhere.

I've seen both of em and you definitely got the better one...fatso is OK but all its charms are bolted on whereas your blue bus is sweet form the inside to the outside....

Yeah I saw it.... the bbq was there to supply butane to the carb to stop the pinging/lean out!

I hope to christ it isn't still there!
A proper tune and jet choices would have been a better and far far safer option!

yeah the bbq set up is gone as far as i know.

theres a lot of work gone into this kombi, especially the engine. all work is certified so its all safe and checked.
