where can i get a cirtificate???

hey guys,
i have been told that i need a engineers cirtificate for putting non VW seats in the front of my 74 bay kombi and im going to get some jap seats to put in the front instead, anyways does anyone know where i can obtain a cirtificate to cirtify that they are legal? also how much does this cost, i need them to obviously fit them so how much will this all cost?
and also has anyone done this before who can give me some one i can contact in the melbourne area to get a cirtificate.

contact vic roads and they should have a list of engineers that do it. it cost me about a couple of hundred for the engineers for my engine so it should be about the same

Between 60 & 100 bucks. Ask your local garage for someone they recommend.
