Swap site at the VW action day in brissy

I was just wondering if i could find out any info on one of the vendors who was there.

I bought a 2nd hand lockable fuel cap for my kombi at one of the swapsites who said he would post me the key for it, as he didnt have it with him.

He grabbed my address and phone number and i got his number...

Things is it has been over a month now and i have no key, also the number i have been given always rings out.

I am sure it is possible (atleast i hope) that my details were lost and the number given to me was wrong.

The guy had a white single or dual cab (didnt look that hard) kombi, youngish fella going by the name of Bruce.

For all i know the guy could be on these forums and if so get back to me 🙂

Anyways i am not trying to pull the fella down, sure there could of been a mistake but if i have been done..i guess it was only 10 bucks.

i believe from memory anyways...that the bus was white. Isnt Byron bus' bus like greyish?

might of been byronbus because bruce was selling gear that day and he took his white split ute

was there some VW Kids t-shirts for sale on the back corner of the ute?
If so then that was byronbus.

Look at that, youngish fella, he's a good guy, and how much of a good guy am i, a genuine VW lockable fuel cap off a delux microbus for $10, what was i thinking??? I thought i sold it for more than that, and i gotta pay postage on the key...
