On the subject of kits, as chopping the roof is not legal in some states wouldn't it be a good idea if someone made a chopped roof beetle to fit to a standard chassis or even a chopped roof to fit to a beetle that someone had already made into a convertible..... just an idea that was running around in my head there (there's plenty of for it you see)

yeah i think the hopper.com thats where its at not a bad kit otherwise buy that kit car mag its full of them not so much vw anymore but still good
