It has become painfully obvious that the mt8 computer and hand held control unit thats all brand new cannot be modified to suit the subaru motor.
It is running dizzy style pick up...thus will work on a vw.
Microtech are not modifying this series as of a couple of months ago...crap.
Will only suit dizzy pick ups...not crank angle/cam angle like mine.

My Car has Haltech E6a installed to run an EJ20, for which Haltech advised would not run the car. This setup was installed before I bought the car but they basically modified the cam sprocket and crank sprocket by removing certain lugs from the rear to work with the standard pickups on the engine.
I'm yet to fully understand it but it works.
