i have lowered my 65 bus by useing an adjustable front end i got it from cbb for $1600 i think, its ball joint and discs out of a 68 bay so if your bus is a bay it will only cost the price of adjusters or a better way is to use drop spindles or even better is to use both. you could do a front beam cheaper if you do it yourself .
the rear end is only adjustment on the splines and is mainly labour costs. there is a previous issue of volksworld with a how to on lowering a bay rear end ,i have it here i will try to find it and let you know what issue it is.
if its a split its a different story you can adjust it on the splines with redux hubs still in there (not recomended as they will not be getting alot of oil and will do bearings quickly) go irs or straight axle , straight axle is cheaper
if you are not a do it yourself kind of person try cbb 47 229 313 they will look after you or indians both have good reputations
