Progressing pretty quickly. The bug has the dropped spindles on now but I'm having trouble with the fender edges rubbing the front tyres under load/braking. Got some slightly narrower tyres but still need some more clearance to be perfect. So does anyone know someone in Melbourne who can roll out my front fenders a bit at short notice?

what size tyres are you running?
If you have stock rims you could trye and get some 4 1/2 " and run 135`s.

Or narrow your beam depending on how low you want to go.
If you roll your edges on your guards you will losse the shape and render them usless.
Everything 36HP !
Change over king and link spindles
6-12volt semaphores

I've got 185s on there now. It's just the very inside edge of the guards that are touching the wheel. I though you could fold the inner edge a little harder on the inside. I think it's about 10mm wide and could be taken back a bit. Don't really want to narrow the beam 'cause of $. I've already spent so much and the problem doesn't seem big enough to warrant narrowing the whole beam.
