Found a set of `72 Beetle seats for sale, however they'd be going into a 1970 1500, wondering if anyone knew if they were the same rails in both models.

Rails are different in 1302S Superbug...
Wide T shaped where the 1500 had a single sided rail...
everyone tells Me they will still slide onto the rails OK..
I have seats from 1971 1302S superbug to go into My 68 1500 Beetle...
I haven't tried Mine yet....
I hope they do..!!
