hi my gf and her sister will b moving down to syd to go to uni this year, wondering if anyone can help us find a nice place for them in the city, they will b going to uni at kensington.
they both hav excellent references and would b perfect tenants, love cleaning and studying 🙂

2 bedder about $300 per week good areas near by are "randwick ,bondi kensington ,surry hills ,moorepark , for lower price bracket :rosebery,waterloo, redfern still close but can be a bit dodgey however we have lived in all these areas for years and no probs
show us your gates
