For sale:
Two type 1 twin port 040 heads
- One has large crack near the upper far left stud
- Other has a small (hairline) crack near the upper far right stud
- Other than that they are fine
I have no idea how someone managed to crack them there but it appears that they must have torqued the studs too tight and since there is no metal between the fins (same on all type 1 heads) the force was too much.
I dont know whether they can be repaired or whether they are usable
